Welcome to SignalHQ. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

SignalHQ is a lead generation service operated by MindRocket Systems LLC that monitors public social media platforms (Twitter, Reddit, and Hacker News) for potential business opportunities and delivers curated leads via email digest.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this service
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate or infringe other people's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group
  • Use automated means to access the service or collect data
  • Resell or redistribute the leads without explicit written permission

4. Payment Terms

  • A 7-day free trial is provided for new subscribers
  • After the trial period, you will be charged $49/month unless you cancel
  • All fees are in US dollars and non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Beta pricing ($49/month) is locked for the first 100 customers

5. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately

6. Data and Privacy

All leads provided by SignalHQ are sourced from publicly available social media posts. We do not scrape private or protected content. Your use of this data must comply with the terms of service of the original platforms (Twitter, Reddit, Hacker News) and applicable privacy laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of leads
  • We are not responsible for your interactions with leads or third parties
  • Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Intellectual Property

The SignalHQ service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MindRocket Systems LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
